Bio
My early years were filled with sport and adventure. My passion for physical fitness and health came early and became integral to my lifestyle. A desire to join the Army fuelled my academic focus and entry to the Army Officer Cadet School followed my schooling.
I thoroughly enjoyed my years of military service. There is no higher calling than serving your nation and I still miss the uniform. My career was fulfilling, challenging, and constantly evolved, with new skills, lessons and environments being the norm.
The challenge of business called and Genesis Offices came from nothing more than an idea to create something different in the market. Years later Genesis Offices remains a landmark business in Sydney CBD.
I am now released to follow my passions of international Formula 3 motor racing, mentoring and developing our future leaders and public speaking.

Leader
Leadership has been a hallmark of my life from my youngest years. Through school, Cadets, as a commissioned officer in the Australian Army, as a business leader and now, through my mentoring, speaking and international motorsport. Often misunderstood, leadership is a dynamic fusion of art, skill, experience and knowledge offered in a generous, dynamic, proactive and responsive manner that allows the group and organisation to progress. Great leaders grow great leaders.
Businessman
Even whilst I was serving in the Army I had an interest in business. When it was time I transitioned and stepped into a completely new and foreign world with nothing more than an idea. Today, many years and many ups and downs later, business remains an integral part of my life. I have come to realise that business, like everything else in life, is not the end state but another means to learn and grow. Not only has business allowed me to feed and raise a family, it has also been a source of growth, learning, inspiration and opportunity.
Human
This is the most important of my pillars. I am father to two beautiful young women, a partner and member of the community.
My humanity allows me to step back from the intensity of daily life and re-centre on what is important. Connection with self, family, community and environment.
